Introducing Ryan Place, an 8 block sub-division on a corner block in the heart of Ridleyton. The project included working within an existing picturesque, tree-lined street only 5kms from the City. It was staged in development and sales to maximise the project for the landowner. From concept to completion, including a fixed price contract for the build component was negotiated.
