With two stages across 2000/01 and 2005, this commercial development was maximised by creating a large integrated centre. With tenants including Foodland, Anytime Fitness and a Large Medical centre included amongst 18 tenancies, the optimisation of site leases was paramount in the design.

View GalleryThis was a greenfield site of circa 7,000sqm with stage 1 consisting of a 60-room motel, supermarket and liquor store. With stage 2 now in planning for a post office, café and pharmacy the key to success of this project was to build with commercialization and tenant requirements front of mind.
View GalleryThis development in late 2007 was a run-down shopping centre with only 3 tenants. Since purchased we found a Foodland operator to take on the supermarket, do a full refurb to the store where they spent $2.2 Million dollars in doing that. With new tenants also sourced, there is approximately 2,000 of land we can now develop in stage 2, which is in the planning stage.
