Martins Plaza Shopping Centre – Parafield Gardens
With two stages across 2000/01 and 2005, this commercial development was maximised by creating a large integrated centre. With tenants including Foodland, Anytime Fitness and a Large Medical centre included amongst 18 tenancies, the optimisation of site leases was paramount in the design.

Mannum Green Neighbourhood Centre – Adelaide Road
Through a consortium of investors, this project commenced in 2007 and consisted of multiple tenancy designs including anchor tenant IGA Fresh and other smaller tenancies.
Stage 2 is planned to consist of a Hotel and Pub with Drive Thru!

Clare Commercial Development
This was a greenfield site of circa 7,000sqm with stage 1 consisting of a 60-room motel, supermarket and liquor store. With stage 2 now in planning for a post office, café and pharmacy the key to success of this project was to build with commercialization and tenant requirements front of mind.

Whyalla One Stop Shopping Centre
This development in late 2007 was a run-down shopping centre with only 3 tenants. Since purchased we found a Foodland operator to take on the supermarket, do a full refurb to the store where they spent $2.2 Million dollars in doing that. With new tenants also sourced, there is approximately 2,000 of land we can now develop in stage 2, which is in the planning stage.
